目的研究岩木瓜Ficus tsiangii茎干的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱法分离纯化;通过核磁共振谱、质谱等波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从岩木瓜茎干95%乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为蒲公英赛醇(1)、蒲公英萜酮(2)、羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(3)、齐墩果酸(4)、乌苏酸(5)、6,7-二羟基香豆素(6)、花椒树皮素甲(7)、伞形花内酯(8)、6-羧基-伞形花内酯(9)、芹菜素(10)、5,7-二羟基色原酮(11)、木犀草素(12)、5,7,2′,4′-四羟基黄酮(13)。结论化合物6、7、9、11为首次从该属植物中分离得到,除化合物1、2、4、8外,其余9个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the stem of Ficus tsiangii. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from 95% ethanolic extracts of rock papaya stem, identified as dandelion alcohol (1), dandelion terpene ketone (2), lupine alcohol acetate (3), oleanolic acid 4), ursolic acid (5), 6,7-dihydroxycoumarin (6), pepper balsamycin (7), umbelliferone (8), 6-carboxy- umbelliferone (9), apigenin (10), 5,7-dihydroxy chromogen (11), luteolin (12), 5,7,2 ’, 4’-tetrahydroxyflavone (13). CONCLUSION Compounds 6, 7, 9 and 11 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Except for compounds 1, 2, 4 and 8, the remaining 9 compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
