时代不断变换着新的样貌,教育事业也在涌现出各式的新潮流。新潮流的语文教学必须培育新的教学理念,并结合新的教学策略,以有效推进教学改革。新课程变革着重培育新科技创新人才,素质人才的培育有必要依托创新型的教育方式,而展开创新式教育离不开具有新观念和新发展思想的教师。那么,小学语文教学如何面对新思想缺乏的窘境呢?究其要素,与教师的教育理念墨守成规、不长于也不敢于打破传统教育观念捆绑和不会推陈出新有关。结合当今社会小学语文的教学实际状况,对小学语文教学疑问进行了研究,希望能对广大小学语文教师的教学创新提供一定的借鉴之处。
The times change constantly with new appearances, and education is also emerging with various new trends. The new trend of Chinese teaching must cultivate new teaching ideas, combined with new teaching strategies to effectively promote the teaching reform. The new curriculum reform focuses on cultivating new scientific and technological innovative talents. It is necessary to cultivate qualified personnel based on innovative education methods.
