煤电行业的经营形势日趋严峻,各大发电企业利润大幅度下滑,并且随着国家环保及煤电过剩产能的供给侧机构性改革相关政策出台,煤电的发展空间已被极大压缩,发电企业不得不寻求相对清洁能源的发展机会,而天然气发电作为清洁能源被寄予厚望,但目前高昂的气价和过剩的电力格局,使得天然气发电的单纯性项目的发展举步维艰。因此,寻求一种响应国家政策、灵活性高、适应性强并具有较好经济性的天然气能源发展方向对于发电企业具有重要意义。
