对１５ 例精索静脉曲张（以下简称精曲）患者与１７ 例正常人精液进行了精子尾部低渗肿胀试验（ＨＯＳ）的对照分析，结果显示１５ 例精曲患者低渗肿胀率较对照组低，二者有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０２）。进一步试验表明生育组及不育组精子尾部低渗肿胀率、精子正常形态率、精子活率呈正相关关系。
