本文研究了碳化硼粉末和等离子喷涂碳化硼涂层的相组成及空气中氧化增重特性。试验结果表明,碳化硼粉末和涂层氧化增重均随温度增加而增加,并呈指数变化,氧化过程为热激活过程,激活能分别为9.6kJ/mol和6.3kJ/mol。导致它们氧化增重行为差异的主要原因是粉体和涂层相组成的差别。电子探针分析结果表明,氧化后碳化硼粉末和涂层的结构和形貌均发生明显变化。
In this paper, the phase composition of boron carbide powder and plasma-sprayed boron carbide coating and the weight gain in the air were studied. The experimental results show that both the weight gain and the oxidation weight gain increase exponentially with the increase of temperature, and the oxidation process is the thermal activation process, the activation energies are 9.6 kJ / mol and 6.3 kJ / mol, respectively. The main reason that causes the difference between them is the difference between the phases of powder and coating. Electron probe analysis showed that the structure and morphology of the boron carbide powders and coatings after oxidation changed significantly.
