本文全面介绍了菱形驱动机构的新、老结构,并对新结构的优点进行了力学分析。也介绍了采用该机构的小型斯特林循环制冷机的实例。通过对该机构的深入剖析,推导出了求取菱形驱动机构平衡块质量的简单公式。指出了该机构是完全可用来驱动小型斯特林循环制冷机的,且几乎可把冷头的振动降为零。文章对小型斯特林循环制冷机和配气活塞式斯特林外燃发动机的研制均有重要参考价值。
This paper introduces the new and old structure of diamond drive mechanism in detail, and analyzes the advantages of new structure. An example of a small Stirling cycle refrigerator using this mechanism is also described. Through the in-depth analysis of the agency, a simple formula for determining the mass of the diamond-shaped drive mechanism balance weight is deduced. It is pointed out that this mechanism is completely usable to drive small Stirling cycle refrigerators and almost reduces the head vibration to zero. The article has an important reference value for the development of small Stirling cycle refrigerating machine and distributing piston Stirling external combustion engine.
