党的全国代表会议期间,中央领导同志对于社会主义精神文明建设作了一系列重要指示,为我们总结以往工作和在新的一年中加强思想政治工作和政工队伍的建设,指明了方向,提出了更高的要求.近年来,不少单位都注意了地质工作体制改革中的思想政治工作,结合整党端正业务指导思想,坚持两个文明建设一起抓;干部和群众拥护改革、积极参加改革,使地质队伍的精神面貌一新;一些基层单位勇于探索,摸索新时期思想政治工作的做法,并取得了一些经验.但是在职工中还存在着一些需要解决的问题.本文根据党代会的精神,结合地矿系统的实际,就如何进一步加强地质工作体制改革中的思想政治工作,提出一些意见.
