Foreign language teachers are the main implementers of cultural teaching in our country. Teachers’ own native culture literacy and their opinions, attitudes and awareness of local culture affect our country’s cultural teaching. Therefore, this topic will investigate and analyze the local cultural accomplishments of college English teachers in Chinese universities, and then explore the effective ways of college English teachers to develop and enhance local cultural accomplishments in order to provide a reference for the contemporary English learners’ native Mandarin aphasia. .
