婴幼儿的营养健康在家庭中受到全家的关注,尽管这是父母们天天在做的事,但是要做好可不轻松。随着社会公众对营养认知的深入和对膳食营养的实践,如今粗粮已逐渐进入成人的餐桌,都说粗粮富含维生素,但不易消化。那么,婴幼儿该不该吃点粗粮呢?行吗?认识粗粮我国居民对杂粮(粗粮)的认识来自生活实践,早在商周时代农业生产虽已有较大发展,但百姓口粮并不充裕,即使是王室餐饮、仍倡导以粗粮为主的膳食理念。尽管这是在当时生产力条件下人们为适应环境所采取的措施,但从营养健康科学来看、它却符合现代营养学多种食物合理搭配、平衡膳食、保健养生的原则,发挥着促进健康的作用,成为中华民族长期遵循的膳食理念。
