本文推导出了计算交流电机定子线圈半固化一次成型垫压用卡板的顶点距L和上(下)层直线部分倾角λ_(1 2)的五个计算公式。介绍了可供美制HP—33E电算器以及国产TQ—16电子计算机用计算程序概要。并给出了Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型卡板结构图。
This paper deduces five formulas to calculate the vertex distance L and the inclination angle λ_1 (1 2) of the linear part of the upper (lower) layer of the semi-curing once molded mat of AC stator coils. Introduced for the United States made HP-33E calculator and domestic TQ-16 computer with a summary of the calculation program. And gives the type Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ card structure chart.
