本文从钢水质量、工艺操作和结晶器结构等方面分析了安钢一炼影响喷淋式结晶器铜管使用寿命的原因,采取了相应措施,铜管的使用寿命提高到每支平均浇钢1000t以上。
In this paper, the reasons for the service life of spray-cast copper tube affected by the first molten iron are analyzed from the aspects of molten steel quality, process operation and mold structure. Corresponding measures are taken to improve the service life of the copper tube to 1000t the above.
