对以0.05C-0.20Mn-0.08P为基本成分的冷轧薄板钢,研究了微量Nb在钢中的行为。结果表明,微量Nb推迟钢的再结晶,提高钢的强度。在批量退火状态下,显著细化晶粒,增强{100}织构,引起r_m值的降低。Nb还对钢中碳化物析出行为有一定影响。
The behavior of micro Nb in steel was studied for cold-rolled steel with 0.05C-0.20Mn-0.08P as the basic component. The results show that trace Nb retards the recrystallization of steel and increases the strength of steel. Under batch annealing conditions, the grains are significantly refined and the {100} texture is enhanced, causing a decrease in r_m. Nb also has a certain impact on the precipitation of carbides in steel.
