1982年2月10日至16日,湖南省科学技术协会在长沙举行了“湖南省发挥有色金属优势学术讨论会”。中共湖南省委、省人民政府对这次会议非常关心,周政副省长出席了会议,并多次作重要讲话。国家有色金属管理总局、中国金属学会,以及广东、广西、江西、云南、辽宁等省金属学会,派出代表参加了会议。省科协副主席了昌浩致开幕词。省金属学会代理事长、省冶金局副局长于一民作了大会总结讲话。
From February 10 to February 16, 1982, Hunan Science and Technology Association held “Hunan Province Nonferrous Metals Advantage Symposium” in Changsha. CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Provincial People’s Government are very concerned about this meeting. Vice Governor Zhou Zheng attended the meeting and made many important speeches. State Nonferrous Metals Administration, China Metals Society, and Guangdong Province, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Yunnan, Liaoning and other provincial metal society, sent representatives to attend the meeting. Provincial Association for Science and Technology Vice Chairman Chang Hao made an opening speech. Provincial Institute of Metallurgy acting director, deputy director of the Provincial Metallurgical Bureau Yu Yimin made a concluding speech.
