用甲氰咪胍治疗小儿过敏性紫癜60例与肾上腺皮质激素治疗40例比较,结果显示总有效率治疗组为93.3％,明显优于对照组72.5％(P<0.005)。提示甲氰咪胍是一种显效快、疗效显著,可作为治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的常规用药。
Cimetidine treatment of 60 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura and glucocorticoid treatment in 40 patients, the results showed that the total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, significantly better than the control group 72.5% (P <0.005). Tip cimetidine is a markedly effective, significant effect, can be used as a routine treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura.
