采用弹塑性大变形热力耦合有限元法,模拟薄板坯连铸液芯铸轧过程中的坯壳变形,指出液芯铸轧初始阶段坯壳较薄时铸坯纵向伸长可以忽略,但铸轧后期坯壳较厚时铸坯纵向伸长不能忽略.分析影响铸坯纵向伸长的主要因素,给出铸坯纵向塑性应变与坯壳厚度和压下率的关系.
The elasto-plastic large deformation and thermal-mechanical coupled finite element method is used to simulate the deformation of the billet in the process of thin slab continuous casting. It is pointed out that when the billet is thin, the longitudinal elongation of the billet can be neglected. However, Late slab shell thick longitudinal elongation can not be ignored. The main factors influencing the longitudinal elongation of billet were analyzed. The relationship between the longitudinal plastic strain of billet and the thickness of shell and the reduction ratio was given.
