本研究用放射免疫分析法精确的测定了红松种子休眠、层积、萌发时ABA的含量。其结果表明干藏种子ABA总含量为463.91ng/个,其中外种皮ABA含量为444.9ng/个,占整个种子含量的95.9%。 经过低温层积6个月的种子外种皮ABA下降了4.86倍,胚乳为1.15倍,而内种皮和胚均有少量增加。层积萌发的种子,外种皮ABA下降90.7倍,胚乳下降了6倍,胚为2.64倍,内种皮却增加1.6倍。 本文也测定了不同层积条件下6个月的红松种子各部位ABA含量,均较干藏种子下降,其中变温处理的种子各部位ABA含量明显下降。
In this study, radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of ABA during the dormancy, stratification and germination of Korean pine seeds. The results showed that the total content of ABA in the dried seeds was 463.91ng / plant, in which the ABA content in the seed coat was 444.9ng /, accounting for 95.9% of the total seed content. ABA decreased 4.86 folds and endosperm 1.15 folds after 6 months of low temperature stratification, while the inner seed coat and embryo had a slight increase. Stratified germination of seeds, ABA decreased 90.7 times, endosperm decreased 6 times, embryos 2.64 times, within the seed coat but increased 1.6 times. In this paper, the ABA content of different parts of Pinus koraiensis seeds under different stratification conditions were also measured. Compared with the dry seeds, the content of ABA decreased obviously.
