锰矿含磷高是影响锰质合金产品质量条件之一,我厂今年以来生产的硅锰合金含磷在0.25~0.3%的占75%,这是由于入炉锰矿磷高而引起的。可见降低锰矿含磷是十分迫切的。目前锰矿脱磷有火法和湿法两种。高炉或电炉富渣法属于火法,脱磷效率在70~80%。湿法是采用酸浸的工艺,脱磷效率30~45%。最近我们采用火法和湿法相结合,进行了一些试验研究工作,取得一些有希望的结果,现简要介绍于下。一、使用原料试验使用的主要原料锰矿均为原矿或粉状烧结矿,辅助材料如焦粉、废稀硫酸等均
High phosphorus content of manganese ore is one of the quality conditions that affect the quality of manganese-based alloy products. The silicon-manganese alloy produced by our plant this year has a phosphorus content of 0.25-0.3% accounting for 75%, which is caused by the high phosphorus content of the manganese ore. It can be seen that it is very urgent to reduce the phosphorus content of manganese ore. At present, there are two ways to dephosphorize manganese and fire. Blast furnace or electric furnace rich slag method belongs to the fire law, dephosphorization efficiency of 70 ~ 80%. Wet method is the use of acid leaching process, dephosphorization efficiency of 30 to 45%. Recently, we used a combination of fire method and wet method to carry out some experimental research work, and achieved some promising results, which are briefly introduced below.
