为研究钢框架梁端连接板与柱翼缘间加设垫板的平齐式端板连接节点的工作性能,设计了9个平齐式端板连接节点足尺试件,其中5个加设了厚度为4mm,8mm,10mm的垫板,其余4个为未设垫板的对比试件。通过梁端单调和循环加载试验,研究了垫板对节点刚度、承载力、转动能力、滞回性能和破坏模式的影响。试验及分析结果表明,在本文研究的节点参数范围内(即加入厚度不大于梁端板厚度或螺栓直径1/2的垫板)垫板对节点的工作性能没有太大的影响。通过对螺栓变形的观察发现,随着垫板厚度的增加,对螺栓的受力会有不利的影响,因此,在可能的情况下应避免使用较厚的垫板。
In order to study the working performance of the flush end plate connecting node between the steel frame beam end connecting plate and the column flange, nine flush end plate connecting nodes full-scale specimens were designed. Through the observation of the deformation of the bolt, it is found that as the thickness of the backing plate increases, the stress on the bolt can be adversely affected. Therefore, thicker backing plates should be avoided when possible.
