在我国加入WTO后,期刊界的竞争日益激烈,高校学报的编辑需进一步提高自身素质与修养,发挥编辑能动性、搞好角色定位,对办好学报是十分重要的。
After China’s accession to the WTO, there is an increasingly fierce competition in journals. The editors of journals in colleges and universities need to further improve their own qualities and accomplishment. It is very important for them to exert their editorial initiative and improve their role orientation.
