我矿选矿车间所用的筛子为自定中心振动筛。传动系统在筛子负荷略重时,筛子偏心轴就下沉,导致轴端的皮带轮也随之下降,这样振动筛开动起来三角皮带因松而打滑,造成筛子不能振动,直接影响生产。为了解决上述矛盾,我们在三角皮带的松边增加张紧槽轮,见图。此槽轮的轮槽同两传动皮带轮的轮槽一样,用定位销定好位置,一般情况下开车正常。若矿石来的过多或过猛时,即使筛子被压死,
