研究中应用高效液相色谱法分析了东北红豆杉不同部位的抗癌活性物质紫杉醇(taxol)的含量。其结果表明,东北红豆杉树皮中紫杉醇含量很高,其次为小枝,针叶中含量最低;但前两者差异不明显。这为合理开发利用这一宝贵植物资源提供了科学依据
High-performance liquid chromatography was used to analyze the content of taxol in different parts of Taxus cuspidata. The results showed that there was a high content of paclitaxel in the bark of Taxus cuspidata, followed by a branch with the lowest contents in the needles; however, the difference between the two was insignificant. This provides a scientific basis for the rational exploitation and utilization of this precious plant resource
