这两年的就业市场,可谓是风波迭起,暗流涌动。城镇新增劳动力、下岗职工再就业等问题已经使“就业”一词成为眼下不少人口中的“时髦”词汇,而高等学校扩招以来数量急剧增长的大学毕业生进入就业市场,更使本不平静的就业市场掀起了阵阵波涛。人才买方市场的形成,就业市场中买卖双方信息的不对等,则使求职中诚信的问题日益成为了大家瞩目的话题。在已举行的“21世纪中国人力资源管理与发展高峰论坛”上,中国人才交流协会副会长韩光耀一针见血地指出:信用污染已经蔓延到人才市场,假学历、假档案、假招聘的泛滥,使人才市场遭遇严重信用危机,这也破坏了人才流动的正常秩序。媒体上对于诚信缺失连篇累牍的报道,求职中诚信缺失给求职双方带来的种种伤害,以及求职双方为了免受欺骗采取的种种防备措施……在这个千年以来一直提倡以诚信为本的国度里,在这个越来越期待和呼唤诚信的人才市场中,人们不仅要问:“诚信缺失,就业市场中到底谁受伤害?”
