目的:推行消毒供应室集中管理模式。方法:在供应室改造中,通过合理化供应室布局,专业化人员配置,规范化流程操作,制度化质量控制实现消毒供应室集中式管理模式。结果:消毒供应室布局合理,人员专业素质提高和制度化质量控制实现消毒供应室的工作流程规范,满足了供应室集中式管理的需要。结论:建立集中式消毒供应中心,可以确保消毒供应质量与效率,降低经济成本和医院内感染风险。
Objective: To promote centralized management of disinfection supply room. Methods: In the supply room transformation, through the rationalization of supply room layout, professional staffing, standardization of process operations, and institutionalized quality control to achieve centralized management of disinfection supply room. Results: The layout of disinfection supply room is reasonable, the professional quality of personnel is improved, and the quality control of institutionalization realizes the workflow specification of disinfection supply room, which meets the need of centralized management of supply room. Conclusion: Establishing a centralized disinfection supply center ensures the quality and efficiency of disinfection supplies, reducing the economic costs and the risk of nosocomial infections.
