本文介绍了一种针对运20、伊尔76及其它最大起飞质量200吨以上的大型飞机保障特点专门研制的一型大型飞机高空作业平台牵引车研发设计方案,该设计方案主要包括总体布置、传动系统、转向系统、制动系统、高空作业平台等部分,通过综合集成,将高空作业功能与飞机牵引(顶推)功能整合在一型车辆装备上,有效实现了专用车辆的综合化,有利于节省采购费用和保障人员。
This paper introduces a kind of R & D design of a large aircraft aerial work platform tractor specially developed for the transportation of 20, IL-76 and other large-scale aircraft with a maximum take-off mass of over 200 tons. The design scheme mainly includes general layout, System, steering system, braking system, aerial work platform and other parts. By integrating the functions of aerial work and aircraft towing (pushing) into one type of vehicle equipment through integrated integration, the integration of specialized vehicles is effectively realized, which is in favor of Save purchasing costs and protect staff.
