目的了解不同生境致倦库蚊对敌敌畏等6种杀虫剂的抗药性状况,为防制对策的制定提供理论依据。方法分别采自南昌市不同方位(东、南、西、北、中)、不同生境致倦库蚊幼虫、卵或成虫,在实验室饲养繁殖1~2代后,采用浸渍法进行测定。结果 5个不同生境种群致倦库蚊对残杀威、双硫磷和敌敌畏的抗性倍数分别为1.19~2.05、0.57~1.80、0.57~1.73倍,表现为较敏感,对菊酯类杀虫剂氯菊酯和氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别是5.33~56.83和10.39~42.17倍,表现出不同程度的抗药性。结论南昌市不同生境致倦库蚊对残杀威、双硫磷和敌敌畏无明显抗药性,对氯菊酯和氯氰菊酯为中、高抗性,应加强对菊酯类杀虫剂的抗药性监测工作及其科学合理使用。
Objective To understand the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to six kinds of insecticides such as dichlorvos in different habitats and to provide a theoretical basis for the development of control strategies. Methods The larvae, eggs or adults of Culex quinquefasciatus were collected from different locations (east, south, west, north and middle) in different habitats in Nanchang. After incubation in the laboratory for 1-2 generations, the immersion method was used to measure the larvae. Results The resistance rates of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus to carnitine, diphtheria and dichlorvos in five different habitats were 1.19 ~ 2.05, 0.57 ~ 1.80 and 0.57 ~ 1.73 times, respectively, which were more sensitive to insecticides Permethrin and cypermethrin resistance fold were 5.33 ~ 56.83 and 10.39 ~ 42.17 times, showing varying degrees of resistance. Conclusion Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus in different habitats in Nanchang had no significant resistance to propoxur, diphtheria and dichlorvos, and had moderate and high resistance to permethrin and cypermethrin. Therefore, the monitoring of resistance to pyrethroid insecticides should be strengthened And its scientific and rational use.
