如何有效地激发新增员工的学习兴趣,调动他们的学习积极性,培养自主学习精神,使其经过短期培训后达到采油、采气技能工种岗位所需的专业理论水平,掌握实际操作技能。本文以机械制图课教学为例,介绍了在培训过程中,激发新员工学习专业课的兴趣,引领新员工自主学习的几种方法。 How to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of new employees to mobilize their enthusiasm for learning and develop their own learning spirit so that after a short period of training, they will reach the professional theoretical level required for oil and gas production jobs and acquire practical skills. In this paper, taking mechanical drawing course as an example, this paper introduces several ways to stimulate new employees’ interest in professional courses and lead new employees to learn independently during the training process.
