6月10日,丹麦海事局和欧洲委员会在哥本哈根组织了一场主旨为“应对全球航运挑战:政策与战略”的会议。丹麦经济部长Brian Mikkelsen和欧洲委员会副主席兼交通专员Siim Kallas出席会议。ESCA主席Marnix van Overklift就“船员年”发表了介绍性演讲。来自全球及欧盟约200名人士出席了此次会议。会议围绕如下问题交换了意见。
On June 10, the Danish Maritime Safety Administration and the European Commission organized a conference in Copenhagen aimed at “Meeting Global Shipping Challenges: Policies and Strategies.” Danish Minister of Economy Brian Mikkelsen and European Commission Vice-Chairman and Transport Commissioner Siim Kallas attended the meeting. ESCA Chairman Marnix van Overklift delivered an introductory talk on “Crew Year”. About 200 people from around the world and the EU attended the conference. The meeting exchanged opinions on the following issues.
