一、“留守学生”问题的提出尽管张家港属于经济较发达地区,但是也有不少学生家长到外地、甚至国外打工的,因而出现了很多“留守学生”。处于成长阶段的青少年,自律能力较弱。由于长期在放任自流的环境里,缺乏及时有效的约束管教,部分“留守学生”出现行为偏差,不求上进,成绩普遍较差。二、案例分析,寻找“留守学生”的教育策略1.爱心感化,精神鼓励,使他们摆脱心理阴影,在逆境中奋起。案例一:我班学生**原是某普高的学生,高一第一学期快结束时才中途插班来的。她性格内向,少言寡语,学习相对落后。
