2003年3月7日,日本购房团一行七十多人来到北京春季房展会现场,为即将到来的外地购房大军进击京城拉开了序幕。这场规模宏大的进军始于2002年3月29日,首批温州购房团50人抵京,两天时间内参观了京城四个横盘,意向成交15套,达2000多万元。4月20日,第二批温州团抵京。7月份,又引来了“宁波团”、“沈阳团”、“港澳团”、“福州团”、“义乌团”等其他外地购房团。据记者掌握的资料显示:到2002年末,购房团已先后15次进京参观购房,其中温州团6期,宁波团3期,沈阳团2期,哈尔滨团、大同团、西安团、成都重庆团各1期,累计进京参团960人次,接待报名参团人数3500人左右,直接购买房产成交额约1.6亿元。就在北京人及“京漂们”还在走马观花时,外地购房团已频频“扫荡”京城,所到之处,楼盘价格一路攀升。
