制备出体外释氟率为0.2mg/d的氟化物控释装置(简称IFRD)应用于鼠口腔中,观察其对鼠颌骨、肝、脑氛浓度的影响及其防龋效果.结果表明,与饮用0.526mmol/L氟化水组相比,IFRD更能显著降低鼠DMFT和DMFS的发生率,但是,IFRD对鼠颌骨、肝、脑氟含量没有影响。这一结果提示:IFRD是一种有效而安全的抗龋剂。
A fluoride controlled release device (abbreviated as IFRD) with a release rate of 0.2 mg / d in vitro was prepared and its effect on the concentration of rat jaw, liver and brain atmosphere and its anticaries effect were observed. The results showed that IFRD significantly decreased the incidence of DMFT and DMFS compared with drinking 0.526mmol / L fluoridated water group, however, IFRD had no effect on the content of rat jaw, liver and brain fluoride. This result suggests that IFRD is an effective and safe anticaries agent.
