在这一波金融危机中,广州市频频出台社保新政,逐年走向城乡居民的全覆盖,成为民生工作的一大亮点。有评论称,最近两年,是广州社保发展最快的两年。根据近日广州市统计局一项针对民生问题的民意调查,广州市民对“完善社保政策”的满意度最高。生于1952年的广州劳动和社会保障局局长崔仁泉军旅出身,言语铿锵有力,逻辑缜密。在崔仁泉看来,建立社保制度的具体工作固然重要,但理念更为重要,它不仅决定着制度建设的出发点和发展路径,还制约着制度的运作和变革。日前,本刊记者就此与崔仁泉进行了深入对话。
