硼钾营养对棉株含氮化合物的影响

用严重缺硼的石灰性紫色土为供试土壤,在土培条件下,研究了硼、钾营养对棉株含氮化合物的影响。结果表明:缺硼、缺钾及硼过量均使棉株叶片中非蛋白态氮及游离氨基态氮含量显著增加,而对棉株叶片蛋白氮含量无显著影响,但单株叶片蛋白氮总量及蛋白氮与非蛋白氮的比例显著下降。各种氨基酸含量的变化与游离氨基态氮含量的变化一致,但各种氨基酸含量变化的幅度相差甚大。 The soil with boron deficiency and calcareous purple soil as tested soil was used to study the effects of boron and potassium nutrition on the nitrogenous compounds of cotton plants. The results showed that the contents of non-protein nitrogen and free amino nitrogen in cotton leaves were significantly increased after boron deficiency, potassium deficiency and boron excess, respectively, but no significant effect on the protein nitrogen content in cotton leaves. However, And the ratio of protein nitrogen to non-protein nitrogen decreased significantly. The changes of various amino acid contents are consistent with those of free amino nitrogen content, but the changes of various amino acid contents vary greatly.
