In this paper, beta-17-benzylbetaine (BB-17) was tested in a lipophilic matrix by reverse-phase HPLC. The sample purification system was equipped with a precolumn, namely Water’s Guard-pak module and μBondapak C_ (18) Extend the life of the column.
