渎职侵权检察是检察机关履行法律监督职责的重要组成部分。渎职侵权查办的对象是国家机关工作人员的渎职侵权犯罪案件。因此,加强渎职侵权办案工作,对于惩治渎职侵权犯罪,维护公民的人身权利和民主权利,树立检察机关的良好社会形象,有着十分重要的现实意义。
Defective and infringement prosecution is an important part of procuratorial organs’ performance of legal supervision duties. The target of malfeasance and infringement investigation is the case of malfeasance and infringement crimes committed by staff of state organs. Therefore, strengthening the work of handling malfeasance and handling cases of infringement and handling of crimes has very important practical significance for punishing crimes of dereliction and infringement, safeguarding the personal rights and democratic rights of citizens and establishing a good social image of procuratorial organs.
