随着素质教育的深入,学校和家长越来越重视小学生音乐素质的培养。他们不惜代价地在那些被认为有音乐潜质的孩子身上做足文章,使一批音乐特长生在学校中逐步形成一个倍受关注的特殊的精英群体。不可否认的是,这些小精英们确实给小学音乐素质教育带来了勃勃生机,产生了很大的示范和带动效应,为小学音乐素质教育的全面推进作出了一定的贡献,但这种精英式的教学模式对于整个小学的音乐素质教学也存在着一个可怕而又巨大的陷阱,值得我们警惕。
