掺杂的铁电薄膜PbZrTiO3与以高温超导体YBa2Cu3O7为基底组成红外薄膜探测器.具有自极化性质,并可在室温下操作使用.研究了此种薄膜探测器的结构极化性质,测量了它的红外光电压、光电流与黑体辐射源温度、探测器样品温度及斩波频率之间的关系.
Doped ferroelectric thin film PbZrTiO3 and high temperature superconductor YBa2Cu3O7 as the base composition of infrared thin film detector. With self-polarization properties, and can be used at room temperature operation. The polarization characteristics of the thin film detector were studied. The relationship between the infrared voltage, the photocurrent and the temperature of the black body radiation source, the temperature of the detector sample and the frequency of chopping was investigated.
