与肿瘤相关的组织内嗜酸细胞增多(TATE)是提示头颈部鳞癌预后良好的指标。为了进一步证实这一发现,共收集头颈鳞癌149例(原发部位:喉56例、舌21例、梨状窝15例、口底8例、腭8例、鼻咽6例、咽4例、下唇4例、下颌4例、颊部4例、上颌窦2例、磨牙后三角2例、其他15例);平均年龄58岁,男95例,女54例;Ⅰ期14例、Ⅱ期18例、Ⅲ期41例、Ⅳ期76例。临床预后标准:预后好指随访2年以上无任何肿瘤征象;预后差指病人接受根治治疗后癌残留、复发或远处转移。每一例原发肿瘤标本由三位病理专家在不知道病史的情况下各自按10个规定的光镜参数进行分析和计分,10个参数是:①Broder′s分级;②
Tumor-associated tissue eosinophilia (TATE) is a good indicator of a good prognosis for squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck. To further confirm this finding, a total of 149 cases of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma were collected (primary site: 56 cases of larynx, 21 cases of tongue, 15 cases of pyriform sinus, 8 cases of floor, 8 cases of palate, 6 cases of nasopharynx and 4 cases of pharynx , Lower lip in 4 cases, mandible in 4 cases, cheek in 4 cases, maxillary sinus in 2 cases, molars in 2 cases, other 15 cases); mean age 58 years, 95 males and 54 females; 18 cases, 41 cases of stage Ⅲ, 76 cases of stage Ⅳ. Clinical prognosis criteria: good prognosis refers to more than 2 years of follow-up without any tumor signs; poor prognosis of patients undergoing radical treatment of residual cancer, recurrence or distant metastasis. Each case of primary tumor specimens was analyzed and scored according to 10 specified light microscope parameters by three pathologists without knowing the history.
