化学分析对于标准品的纯度至为重要。特别是用于生药成分分析的标准品,多为从生药本身分离、精制的,故分子结构或物理化学性质类似的成分作为杂质混存的可能性高。这些生药试验用标准品的品质管理,一般用薄层层析和高效液相层析法(HPLC)进行。此次作者将胶囊动电层析法(MEKC)应用于生药试验用标准品的品质管理方面,研究了作为泻下药使用的大黄及番泻叶的主要成分番泻甙A市售品的纯度。
Chemical analysis is critical to the purity of the standard. In particular, standard products used for the analysis of crude drug components are mostly separated and purified from the raw drugs themselves, so that components having similar molecular structures or physical and chemical properties are highly likely to be mixed as impurities. The quality control of these crude drug test standards is generally performed by thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The authors used electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC) for the quality control of standards for crude drug testing, and studied the purity of commercially available senna panaxanthus A, a major component of rhubarb and senna.
