Introduction
Foxconn Technology Group is the world's largest electronics contract manufacturer, as a model for a modern management plant, Foxconn's strict militarization management and the pursuit of Tay-lorism are the greatest intrinsic cause of those achievement, but in the meanwhile, pursuing efficiency maximization and ignoring the"hu-man needs"with Taylor's Scientific Management model make more exploitation of workers and more contradiction between labour and capital intensify. Taylor published the famous"four principles"in the book "The Principles of Scientific Management" (1911). The "four principles"refers to a science of each element of work;scientific se-lection and training of workers; division of labour between workers and managers; co-operation between managers and workers (Grey, 2013). Foxconn well applies those principles into its management practices and organization of production. To be more specific, Taylor' s Scientific Management has an extreme industrial process operation called time and motion (T&M) studies, which meant managers using a stopwatch and standing over a worker to measure the time taken for each tiny component of the job being done with no time wastage, the measuring time is not only working time but fatigue time (Grey, 2013). Foxconn implements universally the Scientific Management and its philosophy is "dismantling the entire production process to find the key steps, to be simplification and standardization with mini-mal resources to achieve greater benefits."Secondly, the scientific se-lection of workers can bring labour efficiency maximization, training and education let workers do their suitable work and own training in-stead of workers choose their own work themselves. Thirdly, Taylor advocates a clear delineation of planning functions and executive functions:under the old system, all the planning work depends on the personal experience of the workers, however, under the new system, this kind of planning work must be formulated by managers according to scientific analysis. As for the last one, cooperation could hardly be seen in Foxconn because of the unequal treatment and intense work pressure of workers.
