有节奏地捶击椎动脉点(位于胸锁乳突肌内侧深部,乳突尖与第二颈椎棘突之连线上)引起疼痛放散,此即振荡放散现象。目前推荐应用振荡器,其频率为12.5赫兹,在椎动脉点上,振荡维持30秒。作者对33例病人和20例健康人进行检查。当在椎动脉点(病侧)振动后,立即出现疼痛扩散,其扩散部位与自发性疼痛相同。一部份病人疼痛或感觉异常突然放射到较远部位(常为足部)。如已有自发性
Rhythmically thrashing the vertebral artery points (located in the sternocleidomastoid medial deep, mastoid tip and the second cervical spinous process on the line) caused by painful release, that is, the oscillation of the phenomenon of discharge.
