2001年7月9日证监公司字[2001]71号方大集团股份有限公司:你公司报送的关于申请非上市外资股上市流通的材料收悉。根据《关于境内上市外资股(B 股)公司非上市外资股上市流通问题的通知》(证监公司字[2000]140号)的规定以及你公司非上市外资股持有人的申请,我会对你公司非上市外资股上市流通申请予以核。现通知如下:一、同意集康国际有限公司持有你公司的25,368,000股非上市外资股在深圳证券交易所B股市场上市流通,你公司应当协助安排该部分股份上市事宜。二、你公司和集康国际有限公司应当按有关规定履行相关的信息披露义务。

Pursuant to the Notice on the Listing and Circulation of Unlisted Foreign Investment Shares of Domestic-Listed Foreign-Funded Shares (B-shares) Company (Zheng Jian Gong Si Zi [2000] No. 140) and the application of the holders of unlisted foreign-funded shares of your company, Your company’s listing of unlisted foreign investment applications to be nuclear. It is hereby notified as follows: 1. It is agreed that 25,368,000 non-listed foreign shares held by Jicheng International Co., Ltd. in your company will be traded on the B-share market of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Your company should help to arrange the listing of the shares. Second, your company and set Kang International Co., Ltd. should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the relevant information disclosure obligations.
