社会主义初级阶段不是一切国家和民族走向共产主义所必经的阶段,不是一般意义上的社会主义发展的初期阶段。它是指工业落后国家没有经过发达资本主义而进入社会主义后首先必须经历的一个特殊的阶段。只要它还没有达到在共时条件下资本主义发达国家所实现的人类文化进步的最高水平,这个国家的社会主义就不能越出初级阶段的最后界线。这样,就决定了社会主义初级阶段在整个人类社会的历史发展中具有这样的特点:它是在社会主义制度下实现资本主义所能实现的一切人类文化进步的时期,是在社会主义制度下充分享用资本主义一切肯定成果的时期。
The initial stage of socialism is not the stage necessary for all nations and nations to go toward communism. It is not the initial stage of socialist development in the general sense. It refers to a special stage that industrial backward countries must go through first after they have entered socialism without going through advanced capitalism. As long as it has not reached the highest level of human cultural progress achieved by the capitalist developed countries under synchronic conditions, socialism in this country can not go beyond the final stage of the elementary phase. In this way, it is decided that the primary stage of socialism has such characteristics in the historical development of the entire human society that it is a period during which all the progress of human culture achieved by capitalism under the socialist system can be realized and that it is fully implemented under the socialist system. Enjoy all the positive results of capitalism.
