在幼儿园里,很多老师却认为做课题是离自己很遥远的一件事情。做科研,搞课题是领导者的事情,和普通老师没有关系,大家对科研的热情不大,课题研究成为幼儿园的一块鸡肋。教师把科研看成了“束之高阁”的东西。讨论之后,园长决定从课题研究入手,做一些改变。为什么教师们都不愿意做课题呢?接下来的日子里,园长开始找各个年龄段、各个层面的教师访谈,了解他们的想法。有的教师说自己的能力不够,觉得科研的东西太难了,不知道怎么写,写些什么。有的教师觉得课题研究是附加的事情,平时的工作已经很忙了,根本没有时间做课题。做过课题的教师觉得自己的付出和回报不成正比,比如申报到一项
