中原经济区建设已纳入我国经济社会发展战略中,信息资源服务在经济发展中是不可或缺的重要支撑。河南省高校图书馆信息资源在为粮食产业、煤炭产业、文化软实力服务等方面有着独特的优势,应构建支撑中原经济区建设的高校信息资源服务体系,从政府平台中心维度、核心高校二级维度、主体高校三级维度全面服务于中原经济区建设。
The construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone has been incorporated into the strategy of economic and social development in our country and the information resources service is an indispensable and important support in the economic development. The information resources of college libraries in Henan Province have unique advantages in serving the food industry, coal industry and cultural soft power. The information resources service system of colleges and universities that support the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone should be constructed. From the perspective of the central government platform, Dimension, the three dimensions of the main colleges and universities fully serve the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone.
