7月11日,由吉林省社会医疗保险协会举办的“振兴东北老工业基地,妥善解决困难企业职工参加医疗保险”专题研讨会在吉林省长春市召开。中国医疗保险研究会会长王东进作了题为《瞻前顾后统筹谋划分类实施切实解决好困难企业人员参加医保问题》的主旨演讲。他指出,当前解决困难企业人员参加医保已经成为社会共识,医药卫生体制改革对解决困难企业人员参加医保提出了明确要求,各地探索实践也为统筹解决困难企业职工参保积累了宝贵经验,部里为解决困难企业职工参加医保既提出了基本思路,又明确了政策制度,这些都说明解决困难企业人员参加医保问题时机已经成熟。他提出,解决困难企业人员参加医保要做到“四个坚
On July 11, a seminar entitled ”Revitalizing the Old Northeast Industrial Base in Northeast China and Solving the Problems of Employees in Difficult Enterprises to Medical Insurance“ was held in Changchun, Jilin Province, by the Social Medical Insurance Association of Jilin Province. Wang Dongjin, president of China Medical Insurance Research Association made a keynote speech titled ”Seeking Consultants Before and After Positioning, Implementing Categorization and Implementing Practical Solutions to Difficult Employees, Participating in Medicare“. He pointed out that at present, it has become a social consensus to solve the problem that enterprises with difficult enterprises participate in medical insurance. The medical and health system reform has set clear requirements for resolving the problems of enterprises participating in medical insurance. The exploration and practice in various places has also accumulated precious experience for co-ordinating the insurance of employees in difficult enterprises.
