通过实验研究不同磷矿粉粒度和酸用量对过磷酸钙产品物性和质量的影响。实验结果:磷矿粉越细,产品物性和质量越好;加酸量不足或过多,加酸不匀,均造成转化率低,产品物性不好,易结块或粘湿。
The effects of different phosphate rock particle size and acid dosage on physical properties and quality of superphosphate product were experimentally studied. Experimental results: the finer the phosphate rock, the better the physical properties and quality of the product; the insufficient or excessive addition of acid, uneven acid, all resulting in low conversion rate, poor physical properties, easy caking or sticking.
