高压直流火花炉碳硫电位联合测定法,是学习和保留了电弧法的优点,有效地克服电弧法的缺点而逐步建立起来的一种新的定碳、定硫的方法。经过一年多来的生产实践,它显现出了下列的特点:①测量含量范围较大。硫从0.5%—0.005%;碳从5%—0.005%。②可用于对高温难熔金属或合金的低碳、低硫测定。③采用铜坩埚熔样,每次可熔0.2—3克,有利于对含量范围变动较大的试样的测定。不用大量的瓷舟、瓷管、瓷坩埚。炉
