：
1 病例例 1,女 ,2 7岁。因右侧腰部胀痛 2 +年 ,加重 3个月于1979年 6月 4日入院。查体 :右肾下极可扪及 ,右侧肾区叩击痛。尿常规检查未见异常。尿路平片 (ｋｕＢ)未见阳性结石。
