扦插繁殖的特点是成苗快,并能使幼苗保持母株的优良特性。但如何才能提高它的成活率呢?其关键因素应注意以下几个方面。 1.扦插基质 应选用透气、透水性能好的基质(水插除外)。加(石至)石、河沙或轻松的田园土等。扦插基质绝不能含有病虫、病菌和未腐熟的有机质。 2.选取插穗 应选品种优良、生长健壮的实生树或幼龄树上的枝条,取其树冠上中部,向阳,离主干较近的部分,选靠近尖梢或附近部分的枝条。要求节间短、腋芽饱满、枝叶粗壮、无病虫害。硬枝应选1～2
