目的:分析研究早产儿家长依从性对早期干预的应用价值。方法:选取2011年7月-2014年7月在本院儿童保健的早产儿80例,将其父母随机分为观察组、对照组,对照组对早产儿父母采取口头和书面方式进行指导,观察组对早产儿父母采取示教式指导,对两组早期干预效果给予对比分析。结果:观察组早产儿父母在依从性方面显著优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组早产儿发育商(DQ)评分显著优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对早产儿父母采取示教式进行出院指导,有利于早期干预计划的实施,提高治疗效果。
Objective: To analyze the application value of parents’ compliance in preterm infants to early intervention. Methods: Eighty preterm infants in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2014 were selected. Their parents were randomly divided into observation group, control group and control group. The parents of premature infants were orally and in writing, Group on the parents of preterm children to take the guidance of teaching, the effect of early intervention in both groups given comparative analysis. Results: Parents of preterm infants in observation group were significantly better than those of control group in compliance, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). DQ score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Prenatal parents to teach to carry out discharge guidance, is conducive to the implementation of early intervention programs to improve the treatment effect.
